It’s a slippery slope and you don’t want to put too much money into the house that won’t benefit you on the sale.

Marketing does NOT mean putting the house on the MLS and putting a sign in front. Much more is involved to attract the most buyers. I can’t dictate the sales price, but the more buyers I get in the house, the higher I can help drive up the price! Don’t assume every Realtor knows how to market!
